Full-time and Part-time Tellers
Job Title: Teller
Report To: Teller Manager
General Summary: To provide service to customers, and to recognize customers' needs and suggest appropriate bank services.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Receives all types of customers' transactions.
Counts, prove, and packages currency and coin.
Cashes checks following proper Bank procedures, making sure funds are available and collected.
Redeems savings bonds, making proper GL entries.
Balances cash drawer and prepares balancing sheet, keeping within the cash limit assigned.
Process sales for travelers' checks, cashiers checks, money orders, and saving bonds.
Keeps teller stations furnished with a working supply of forms.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills.
Enjoys working with other people and the public.
Teller experience preferred but cash handling experience will be considered.
Detail oriented.
Must present a business-like appearance.
